Few things are more discouraging than a listing sitting at zero views. No views means no buyers are even seeing it, so it has no chance to sell. The good news: near-zero views is almost always one specific, fixable problem, not bad luck.
eBay changed how it counts views and stripped out a lot of bot traffic. So part of any sudden drop you saw may not be real lost buyers, just bots that were never going to buy anyway. Don't panic at the number alone.
If genuine views are low, it's a relevance problem. Cassini, eBay's search engine, ranks listings on title keywords and item specifics. When a listing barely matches what people search, it sits low in results and gets little traffic, and low engagement can make it spiral lower.
Pull your lowest-view listings and check them against this. It's the fastest way to bring views back, and it costs nothing.
